Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, no worries! Please send us a photo within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll be happy to either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Items Lost in Transit

We do our best to deliver on time, but sometimes external factors like customs inspections can cause delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days past the expected delivery time, contact us and we’ll gladly send a replacement or refund your purchase.

Returns

Lost or Stolen Packages

FrostTune.com isn’t responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address you provided. If this happens, we’ll provide all delivery details — including tracking and carrier info — so you can follow up with your local postal service.
